A place to park troops?

There is a guy who hits me every 5 days or so. Hersh, capital Daymont, in ^ASH^ alliance, SPQR confederacy, among others. When I build troops he kills them. If I could reinforce someone, I would, just to save the troops. Anybody want some legionaries? Or prats, can build them too if you need.
