Attacks from jonny from the village Rome Alliance: SPQR

I am have been attacked in the past by jonny from the village Rome, he is part of the Alliance: SPQR . I have asked numerous times for him to stop and just when i think he has given up he comes and kills all my troops. I wasnt sure if there was anything that I can do here. I have alll my resources stores away- but just when i build up my troops they are all killed.
