Truce or consequences

Are there such things as truces in this game?
Like - work out a deal with Cobalt and SPQR for, say, 2 weeks...a month...whatever...
No attacks or raids on either side...
It would give some of us a chance to build up defenses, resources, whatever. Of course, I realize that they could do the same...
Just a think.

i dont think that would work
they are so much stronger then us

won't do any good cause they don't care i already asked them about something simular just cranny up and work on building resources best advice anyone can give sorry

??spqr is attacking you? hmm only one attacked me and no not toogey though hes next to me and only once at that me and toogey actually are making an arrangment that him and his alliance dont attack me i dont know if he will agree to you guys as well but i waill see what i can do
